Il <a hrf=\"https:\/\/www.bertelsmann.com\/#st-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">gruppo Bertelsmann<\/a> la ceder\u00e0 a <a hef=\"https:\/\/www.tf1.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Tf1<\/a>, canale TV che fa capo al <a hrf=\"https:\/\/www.bouygues.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">gruppo Bouygues<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Lo hanno confermato le societ\u00e0 con un comunicato congiunto.
