The adoption of the FreeD protocol has seen Panasonic’s Robotics systems become compatible with Virtual
Studios and Augmented Reality applications, and enables a cost-effective system that – when combined
with Viz Engine – is easy to install, operate and maintain.
In this session, Gerhard Lang fromVizrt, and both Dean Offord and Jaume Miro fromPanasonic discuss
some of the technological advancements that have made it more accessible to implement virtual
environments within smaller studio spaces, how it has helped improve the quality of the viewing
experience to the audience, and will cover some of the ways in which to set up for both VR and AR using
Viz Engine alongside Panasonic Robotics technology.
Session will include a live Q/A.
